We are New but seasoned Real Estate Wholesaling company seeking a PROACTIVE and EXPERIENCED Virtual Assistant to manage and execute text message advertising campaigns. If you have a background in real estate wholesaling and proven success in SMS marketing, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Description
As a Virtual Assistant focused on text message advertising campaigns, you will be responsible for sending, replying and tracking SMS messages to potential property sellers. You will work closely with the Sales agents to make sure any potential lead is being followed up with ASAP. Your job is to find someone motivated to sell their house and pass them on to our Acquisitions agent.

Responsibilities
Reply to any new leads and responses that come in right away
Follow up with older leads that may have gone cold.
Develop creative SMS messages that resonates with our target audience and complies with legal requirements.
Maintain up-to-date contact lists and ensure accurate segmentation.
Analyze key performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Schedule and send follow-up messages as needed.
Provide weekly reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate wholesaling and text message marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with SMS marketing software.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics tools.
Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Nice-to-Haves
Basic knowledge of real estate laws and regulations related to marketing and advertising.
Previous experience in using CRM software.
