Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in providing exceptional service within the skincare or beauty industry. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries/concerns via email, SMS, social media, and live chat. This includes but is not limited to resolving customer complaints, assisting customers with product information, recommending products, after-sales concerns, delay notifications, etc. all in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes but is not limited to ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchase and the level of service provided, following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, and addressing any issues that may arise.
– Update and maintain customer records on the Report Sheet weekly.
– Collaborate with other departments such as the warehouse team to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Continuously strive to improve the customer service process by providing feedback and suggesting improvements.

Candidate Core Requirements
– 2+ years of Customer Service Experience within the Skincare or Beauty Industry
– Strong written communication skills: The ability to compose clear, concise, and professional responses to customer inquiries.
– Empathy and active listening: The ability to understand and relate to the customer’s needs and concerns, and the ability to actively listen and respond to those needs.
– Detail-oriented: The ability to pay close attention to detail is critical, as errors in processing orders, returns, or refunds can lead to customer dissatisfaction.
– Time management: The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and customer inquiries simultaneously while working fast to meet deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy is expected.
– Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills are required as the role may involve collaborating with other departments such as warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This also includes adapting to changing priorities and handling unexpected situations.
– Capability to efficiently work in a stressful environment.
– Continuously strive to improve and learn: The ability to be resourceful, think critically, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience is expected.
