Seller Fuel is looking to hire SKU Performance Specialist to optimize products on the Amazon platform for increased sessions, conversions, revenue, and profit.

The role is greatly influenced by creating and analyzing data on individual products. The SPS should be able to read, understand, and create action plans based on the various reporting systems created.

This role will work closely with creatives to provide copy and imagery needed to boost the KPIs for each product listing. Once a product is launched and ensures it remains profitable, can increase profits, or decide to discontinue the losing products.

SKU Performance Specialist Job Responsibilities

Set the KPIs for traffic, sales, and profit per product.
Create a dashboard that allows any member of the team to quickly analyze whether a product is performing poorly, average, or great.
Analyze the Daily Sales Tracker, 7-day trend, GAP Analysis, Keyword Rank Tracker, Brand Analytics, Product Opportunity Explorer and any other tools/datasets related to the performance of products live on the Amazon platform.
Create clear and achievable action plans for increasing revenue and profit per SKU based on the data observed.
Intimately understand the performance goals of each product
Maintain a dashboard/scorecard for all products live on the Amazon platform that clearly outlines the success or failure of a product
Work closely with the PPC Manager during product launches and provide them with the necessary data needed to make optimal changes to the PPC Strategy
Determine when a product should be discontinued and that capital be reinvested into other products
Update products on Amazon via flat file and/or the Edit Inventory page with the necessary changes to boost SKU performance
Liaise with the Brand Management team to deliver potential action plans for the upcoming week/month/quarter.
Create design briefs for listing copy that is best fit for the product based upon your research of other successful products.
Create design briefs for graphics/photography that is best fit for the product based upon your research of other successful products.
Maintain internal processes/SOPs/systems that can be duplicated when additional SKU Optimization Specialists are needed
Work with other SKU Optimization Specialists as applicable

SKU Performance Specialist Requirements

Must be detail-oriented and analytical with proven performance marketing/ conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience and results.
A keen understanding of all data points pertaining to SKU performance and how to determine what actions can be taken to improve those metrics
Highly organized
Ability to create excel reports/templates/pivot tables
Ability to plan and execute strategies independently that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
have eCommerce experience
full-time with no other clients
