We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist by handling daily real estate transaction administrative tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful, you MUST have a Real Estate Transactions Administrative background with Social Media Experience Administrative Assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate.

You should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly.

Administrative Assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Administrative Assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Real Estate Experience and Previous Sales Experience is REQUIRED

• Must Be Available from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Central Standard Time

• Must be familiar with Excel, MS-Word, Google Doc, Skyslope and KvCore CRM

• Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills.

• Must be motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service.

• Must have positive attitudes toward learning new skills and solve problems.

• Must be experience as both a Real Estate Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager.

• Action-oriented, problem solver, a self-starter and hunger for success.

• MUST be social media savvy, tech-savvy and have a strong creative eyes.

• Demonstrated flexibility – You may have to complete a task with short notice.

• Must communicate with clients and all parties in a professional manner.

• MUST have a comfortable office space, fast and reliable internet, computer, smart phone, reliable power to work from home or their prefer location.

Rockstar Real Estate Transactions Administrative Assistant with Social Media Experience Responsibilities:

Assist the company manager to oversee transactions from start to finish as assigned

Manage all social media accounts.

Edit YouTube Video, Post on YouTube and ALL social media platforms.

Design eye catching and engaging thumbnails, marketing and event flyers.

Prepare and write an offer for client as needed

Send Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) to clients

Follow-up, Follow-through and Follow-Back with Clients and Customers

Stay in good communication with manager if issues arises.

Perform marketing activities, call leads/prospects and convert leads to clients

Make suggestions and take instruction from the company manager.

Perform other task as required.

Help coordinate Transaction from contract to close.

Update KvCore CRM Software and provide admin support to our social media marketing initiatives.

Handling marketing tasks, filing documents in google drive, generating reports and presentations.

Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

Add property to Multiple Listing Services (MLS)

Search and send properties to clients from MLS

Must be able to conduct simple research and prepare a PowerPoint Presentation.

Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Social media management skills like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube

Ability to follow simple instruction and complete tasks without supervision

Problem solving skills and ability to figure things out on your own

Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.

Experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager.
