We are looking for a suitable Associate Contractor to join the Arinite Team on an ad hoc call-off basis, to provide Smartsheet mentoring to colleagues. Initially a fixed number of hours will be agreed and called-off as and when required. Any meetings required would need to be suitable for the UK time zone likely to be GMT 9.00am to 11.00am.
The successful applicant will work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
The role will include tasks such as:
• Building Blueprints in Control Centre.
• Using Data Mesh
• Using Data Shuttle
• Training colleagues on apps such as Data Mesh and Data Shuttle
• Provide ad hoc help and support for colleagues who use Smartsheet when errors occur.
Skills and Experience
The ideal applicant should have the following essential skills:
• Advance knowledge of Smartsheet.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite , specifically Outlook and Teams.
• Proven experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Dropbox and Adobe whilst not essential would be an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to Arinite’s high standards and follow procedures and processes.
• Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
• Capable of working in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Desire to improve and learn new applications.
• Great organisation, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, diary management and good communication skills at all levels.
