Job Overview:
The Social Media and Amazon Marketing Specialist will develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies and optimize our presence on the Amazon marketplace. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of e-commerce and social media dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities.
Engage with our audience, respond to comments, and manage social media campaigns.
Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
Amazon Marketing:
Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon to ensure they are fully optimized for keywords, descriptions, and images.
Conducted keyword research and implemented SEO strategies to improve product visibility.
Monitor and analyze Amazon sales performance and PPC campaigns.
Handle Amazon Seller Central tasks, including inventory management, customer service, and resolving issues.
Develop and implement strategies to increase product reviews and ratings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media marketing and managing Amazon FBA accounts.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and Amazon advertising platforms.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and Amazon Seller Central.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Slack.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Social media engagement rates (likes, shares, comments).
Growth in social media followers and reach.
Increase in Amazon sales and product visibility.
Improvement in product review ratings and number of reviews.
Efficiency in managing Amazon PPC campaigns and achieving target ACOS.
