SMM – Content Strategist

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Strategist to manage our clients’ content plans. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of what makes content go viral on Instagram and TikTok and will be adept at making profiles appear authentic and managed by the creators themselves. This role requires a strategic thinker who can customize content plans based on each creator’s unique strengths and drive engagement and attention to their profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement content strategies that enhance the visibility and engagement of our creators on Instagram and TikTok.
Analyze trends and identify viral content opportunities to incorporate into our creators’ content plans.
Ensure that creators’ profiles look genuine and authentically managed, avoiding the appearance of agency or bot management.
Collaborate with creators to understand their strengths and customize content plans that leverage these strengths effectively.
Monitor the performance of content plans and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance content strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media strategy, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
Demonstrated ability to create content that goes viral on these platforms.
Strong understanding of how to make profiles appear authentically managed by creators.
Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative content ideas.
Experience in customizing content plans based on individual strengths and preferences of creators.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse creators.
Analytical skills to monitor content performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
