We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is thrilled to respond to inbound SMS text messages from motivated sellers and promptly schedule them for a call with our intake manager. Join our dynamic team in the fast-paced world of land buying and selling across the United States. As an SMS Correspondent, you will play a vital role in our acquisitions process, leveraging our broad marketing strategies to engage landowners and facilitate property transactions.

Responsibilities:
– Engage in text message conversations with sellers, initiating drip and follow-up campaigns.
– Establish and cultivate relationships with new leads, ensuring sellers feel comfortable and valued throughout the process.
– Communicate effectively and professionally via written English in Launch Control, our text messaging platform.
– Proactively follow up with potential sellers, exhibiting persistence and determination to secure deals.
– Take direction and execute tasks independently, while providing valuable feedback to improve our processes.
– Occasionally make phone calls to land sellers when necessary, showcasing kindness and friendliness.

Who You Are:
– Exceptional written English skills, with great communication abilities.
– Availability to work during US hours and participate in impromptu calls on the same day.
– Persistent and tenacious approach, understanding the importance of multiple follow-ups to close deals.

What You’ll Do:
– Effectively manage SMS seller leads, serving as the first point of contact.
– Initiate and maintain SMS conversations with potential sellers, updating information and notes in our CRM system.
– Handle basic internal business tasks related to the acquisitions process.
– Aim for self-sufficiency within four weeks of joining the team, while receiving support and guidance to maximize your earning potential.

Location:
– Remote work from your own computer, requiring fluency in written and spoken English and availability during US hours.
– Compensation will be based on skill level.
– Hours may vary depending on marketing response, with an estimated range of 20-40 hours per week.
