As a Alpha Capital Funds Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and fostering growth through effective SMS lead generation strategies. Your proficiency in using Roor and HubSpot will be essential in managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns.
Responsibilities:
– SMS Lead Generation: Utilize SMS marketing techniques to generate high-quality leads and prospects for our products/services. Develop and implement lead generation campaigns, engaging potential customers through SMS messaging.
– Database Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage customer data, segment leads, and create targeted lists for SMS campaigns. Ensure that customer information is accurately captured, updated, and maintained.
– Campaign Creation: Develop compelling SMS content and calls-to-action (CTAs) to attract potential leads. Create and manage SMS marketing campaigns to maximize lead generation efforts.
– Automation and Sequencing: Utilize Roor and HubSpot’s automation features to set up SMS sequences and drip campaigns, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized communication with leads.
– Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads generated through SMS campaigns to identify high-potential prospects. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
– Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of SMS lead generation campaigns using data provided by Roor and HubSpot. Prepare regular reports on key metrics, providing insights for optimizing campaign strategies.
– Compliance and Best Practices: Adhere to SMS marketing regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and maintain a positive brand image.
– Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align SMS lead generation efforts with broader marketing initiatives and sales goals.
Requirements:
– Experience with Roor and HubSpot: Proven experience using Roor and HubSpot for SMS marketing and lead generation is essential for this role.
– SMS Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with SMS marketing strategies, best practices, and tools will be advantageous.
– Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with various digital platforms and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
