Job Description

We seek a dynamic and experienced Snowflake, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics Specialist who can aid us in making data-driven decisions by generating meaningful insights from large and complex datasets. This role requires expertise in the Snowflake Cloud Data Platform, Snowpark, and other relevant aspects of Snowflake including data warehousing.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines on the Snowflake platform.
Develop insightful dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
Perform complex data analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Create custom calculations to support our data analysis and decision-making processes.
Manage and optimize our data structure within Snowflake to ensure high performance and availability.
Collaborate with different teams to understand data needs and implement comprehensive data cloud solutions.
Optimize data cloud cost by
Develop a database design based on BI and reporting requirements.
Uphold our customer service standards by delivering high-quality work within stipulated timelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/knowledge in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. A Master’s degree or certification in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence will be an advantage.
Proven experience with Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI, and other related systems. Knowledge of AWS applications is a major bonus.
In-depth knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Proficient in creating visually compelling dashboards and reports.
Strong SQL skills and understanding of other programming languages used in data analysis.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work US East Coast hours (GMT-5)

Selection Process:
