**Job Summary:**
We are in search of a dynamic and performance-oriented Social Ads Manager to spearhead our advertising initiatives across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive understanding of social media advertising platforms, adept at crafting optimization strategies, and proficient in analytics, ensuring our advertising endeavors are both efficient and in sync with our company’s expansion objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Strategy & Campaign Planning**
– Design, implement, and oversee social advertising strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
– Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure advertising efforts are in harmony with overall company goals and KPIs.
– Remain abreast of the latest trends and adjustments within these social platforms.

2. **Campaign Management**
– Launch, fine-tune, and manage advertising campaigns to secure maximum ROI.
– Conduct A/B testing to identify top-performing ads and landing pages.
– Guarantee ads are aimed at the most pertinent audiences.

3. **Budget Management**
– Efficiently allocate and oversee advertising budgets.
– Track daily, weekly, and monthly expenditures to stay within budget limits and achieve performance targets.

4. **Reporting & Analytics**
– Assess and report on the effectiveness of all social ad campaigns.
– Utilize analytical tools to create weekly and monthly performance reports, offering actionable insights.
– Implement data-driven strategies to enhance campaign performance and optimize expenditure.

5. **Collaboration & Coordination**
– Engage closely with the content, design, and product teams to produce engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
– Coordinate with additional marketing teams for unified and effective marketing strategies.

6. **Continuous Learning**
– Keep updated with the latest practices, strategies, and industry benchmarks related to social media advertising.

**Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline.
2. Over 6 years of experience in managing social media ads, specifically on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
3. Advanced analytical skills with a knack for interpreting and applying data to make informed decisions.
4. Acquainted with ad serving and analytics platforms relevant to social media advertising.
5. Proficient in using tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
6. Strong organizational, project management, and time-management capabilities.
7. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
