Social Community Manager

We’re on the hunt for a professional and engaging Community Manager who’s ready to tackle a variety of tasks, from community engagement to content creation. Fluent communication in English, both spoken and written, is essential for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Talent chats with Subscribers over the different platforms used to maintain their voices.
Engage with community members by replying to their DMs & comments.
Contribute to managing the social media strategies for Aura socials.
Actively generate ideas, create and post approved content for Aura socials.
Assist Team Manager in any relevant administrative tasks.
Help maintain our internal CRM (Pipedrive).
Train and help new staff, new interns or current staff on how to use Pipedrive correctly following Dulcedo protocols.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years of experience in a virtual administrative assistant or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a proven ability to interact effectively with clients.
Full-time availability during the week from 9 AM to 5 PM, local Philippine time.
Professional and personable demeanor, with a strong customer service orientation.
A passion for social media with hands-on content creation experience.
Creativity and eagerness to contribute ideas in a team setting.
Proficiency in using various social media platforms.
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on maintaining order.
