We have an exciting opportunity for a Social & Content Marketing Manager to join our team to take our social media, content, and brand awareness to the next level.
We are seeking a promising and experienced candidate with proven success in creating innovative and engaging content, honing a brand’s voice, and storytelling to promote engagement. In this role, you’ll be accountable for building brand awareness, engagement, and community across all social and digital channels. You will produce and lead end-to-end content creation for all social channels, our website, email campaigns, and other projects as needed.
This role is crucial in ensuring that our content is driving growth. We expect that this person will continually be conducting research, staying up to date on trends, and social media engagement best practices.
Our ideal candidate is an exceptional writer who is confident in both creating and carrying out a content strategy that attracts, engages, and activates our target audience via Facebook Ad creation, email campaigns, blog posts, and newsletters. It is imperative in this role and within our industry that this person understand the importance of knowing your target audience, what resonates with them, and how to translate our marketing into fresh, creative, and compelling content.
Responsibilities:
Develop social media strategies to advance the company’s social media presence
Oversee all social media accounts, comments, and activity
Develop and maintain a social media content calendar
Write, edit, publish and share high-quality and engaging content that builds connections and attracts leads
Execute consistent use of brand identity and messaging across the company by ensuring digital campaigns stay on message;
Capture & evaluate appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and optimum practices and propose a plan of action to implement to Leadership
Create and run ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
Monitor social media trends and translate into actionable items
Present social media channels and creative campaign performance to Leadership weekly
Create real estate blog posts from content topics provided
Create short-form video content calendar and execute
Review and share metrics/performance
Assist with google business page optimization (or have the willingness to take a course and implement learnings)
Execute marketing for real estate listings including print materials (using a template)
Have knowledge and competency in drafting sales copy
Minimum Qualifications:
Stable internet connection
3+ Years professional experience in social media, content creation, and/or digital media
Superior computer skills
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling instincts
Experience in maintaining brand awareness and consistency
Proactive, independent problem solver
Strategic reasoning and critical thinking – set direction, identify opportunities
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
Knowledge of a wide variety of social media platforms such as: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Youtube, Google, and Twitter
Insights on the latest trends and best practices
Excellent time management
Ability to work 4 hours daily; with 2 hours being between the hours of 9:00 am- 4:00 pm EST
Demonstrated experience in video editing
This is a 20-hour-a-week, part-time position.
