We are looking for a dynamic Social Listening Expert to join our team and help us creating reports for our clients.

Job Summary:
The Social Listening Expert will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and leveraging LinkedIn and AI to enhance our brand’s reputation, engagement, and customer satisfaction. This role involves creating detailed social listening reports to support our sales team, utilizing AI tools to gather insights, and working closely with other departments to inform and optimize strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Listening and Monitoring:
– Utilize social listening tools to monitor conversations about competition, industry, and competitors across various social media platforms.
– Identify trends, insights, and actionable opportunities from social media data to inform marketing and sales strategies.

2. Report Production:
– Develop and produce detailed social listening reports tailored for the sales team to provide insights and support sales strategies.
– Ensure reports are data-driven, actionable, and aligned with the sales team’s objectives.
– Present findings to the team in an understandable and impactful manner.

3. AI Tool Utilization:
– Leverage AI tools to gather, analyze, and interpret social media data efficiently.
– Stay updated with the latest AI and social listening technologies to continuously improve reporting and insights.

4. LinkedIn Proficiency:
– Maintain a good understanding of LinkedIn as a key platform for professional networking and business development.
– Utilize LinkedIn insights and trends to create the reports.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
– Proven experience in social listening, data analysis, or a related role.
– Proficiency in AI tools for data analysis.
– Strong understanding of social media metrics, algorithms, and best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– C2 level proficiency in English.
– Good understanding of LinkedIn and its role in professional networking and business development.
– Good understanding of Market Research.
