Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Social Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Social Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and high-quality social media content, writing captivating captions, developing a content calendar, and managing all aspects of social media engagement for our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
2. Create compelling and visually appealing social media posts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) while maintaining a consistent brand image.
3. Write creative and captivating captions that resonate with our target audience and encourage interaction.
4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar using AgoraPulse or similar tools, ensuring timely and strategic posting of content.
5. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and results.
6. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry news to incorporate into content creation and strategy.
Conduct monthly reviews of social media performance using AgoraPulse or similar analytics tools, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
7. Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage with our online community in a timely and professional manner.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality content.
2. Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their respective best practices.
3. Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
4. Experience using AgoraPulse or similar social media management tools to schedule and manage content.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
7. Ability to develop a comprehensive social media strategy and execute it with attention to detail.
8. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering extremely high-quality content.
10. Basic design skills and knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is required.
