Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Manage, create, and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms, including LinkedIn (Business and Personal Pages), Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, with a primary focus on YouTube and LinkedIn.
-Utilize premade content provided by our team, ensuring it is effectively adapted and scheduled across the relevant platforms.
-Create engaging and creative reels from long-form YouTube videos to maximize visibility and engagement on platforms supporting short-form content.
-Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
-Come up with ideas to improve our marketing and sales efforts.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring our social media strategy remains relevant and effective.
-Collaborate with our marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives.

Requirements:
-Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
-Strong understanding of content creation and social media management across platforms, particularly LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
-Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
-Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging content.
-Creative mindset with strong video editing skills, particularly for creating reels and short-form content.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
