Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team starting in a part time capacity that should soon grow to full time. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple business social media accounts, implementing effective strategies, and driving engagement and growth across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Your expertise in understanding platform algorithms, data gathering, and scheduling tools will be pivotal in achieving our clients’ social media objectives.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple business social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and identity across platforms.
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance and reach.
Create and curate compelling content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored for different social media platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a sense of community and customer loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather client data and insights, leveraging platforms like Metricool to track and analyze performance metrics.
Utilize data to generate comprehensive reports and provide actionable recommendations for improving social media performance and ROI.
Schedule and publish content using tools like Heropost, ensuring optimal timing and frequency for maximum impact.
Monitor social media conversations, trends, and competitors, identifying opportunities for content creation and engagement.
Stay informed about industry developments and emerging platforms, evaluating their suitability for client campaigns.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, managing multiple social media accounts across various platforms.
Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms, best practices, and advertising features.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and data gathering, preferably with experience using Metricool or similar analytics tools.
Familiarity with scheduling tools like Heropost or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt writing style to various social media platforms.
Creative mindset and the ability to generate engaging and shareable content.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Proactive approach, staying ahead of social media trends and changes in algorithms.
