Social Media

We are looking for a VA to help with social media management including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to varying degrees. Task will primarily include creating post descriptions, posting, community management, and strategy.

We’re open to both part-time and full-time for this role, but ideally someone who is looking to learn and grow with the company.

If you think social media management is just simply posting content. This role is not for you.

The ideal candidate understands the nuances of social media. This means understanding user intent, consumer attention, writing hooks, and is interested in diving deep into engagement analysis to figure out what is working and what is not. It requires an experimentation mindset.

Important requirements:
– Experience managing social media accounts is necessary
– Good command of English
– Neat and organised in tracking tasks and progress
– Curious and quick to learn
– Great personal initiative to analyse results and propose strategies
