Social Media Account Manager

FULL TIME SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT MANAGER

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a UK-based social media company offering full time work with reliable pay. Our longest serving member of staff in the Philippines has been working for us for over 4 years now.

This is a remote based role with excellent pay and benefits including 28 days holiday and Maxicare cover.

Role:
We’re looking for an experienced account manager with excellent English Skills (both written and spoken) to manage the client relationships for our UK based restaurant clients.

You will be responsible for working with a group of clients who have signed up for our social media marketing service, your key job is to ensure they’re getting results for our service.

The role includes:
– Developing monthly campaigns for clients (e.g. the best way for a restaurant to promote Valentines Day)
– Help clients grow followers / fans on Facebook and Instagram.
– Producing monthly reports
– Working with our content team to ensure we’re delivering exciting posts for clients.
– Communicating with clients regularly to ensure we’re promoting exactly what they’d like including (including calls, emails and messages).

Full training will be given but prior experience with customer service and social media would be advantageous.
A love of food and drink is a beneficial.

You must be able to demonstrate the following:
– A minimum of 2 year’s account management experience in a professional and/or creative environment.
– A perfect command of the English language (written and spoken)

Required Skills:

– Knowledge in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok is desirable)
– Proactive with client communication

Hours:
The role is 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday. Our typical working hours are 4:30pm – 12am (8:30am – 5pm UK time).

Benefits:
– Fully remove (work from home)
– Excellent pay (40,000 PHP to 60,000 PHP per month). Your initial salary will be lower during your initial 3 month training period.
– 28 days paid sick and holiday leave per year.
– Regular training and social activities (our team from London fly over to Manila and we arrange meet ups with everyone for a few days)
