About This Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to support our clients’ growth plans in Australia. You will work closely with The Embassy Director and collaborate with our friendly and talented team of marketers. In this role, you will be responsible for creatively planning and executing social media schedules for a diverse range of clients. You will edit videos that are relevant to the current social landscape and manage campaign planning and execution. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing our clients’ social media presence and achieving their marketing goals.

Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Social Media Account Manager to join our expanding team in July. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing professionals, account managers, and clients to ensure the seamless execution of social media campaigns and the delivery of exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include managing client accounts, coordinating social media initiatives, and providing creative support to ensure the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:
* Develop and manage social media calendars for multiple brands.
* Create and execute engaging content for organic social media, including posts, stories, and videos.
* Monitor and engage with social media communities daily.
* Stay current with social media trends and best practices to inform strategy.

2. Campaign Management:
* Implement regional social media campaigns within the Australian market.
* Coordinate media content and schedules with internal and external teams.
* Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines.
* Support the marketing calendar and clearly communicate updates to the team.

3. Content Creation:
* Develop high-quality and relevant content
* Use basic design skills to create visually appealing graphics for social media.
* Edit videos to produce engaging content for various platforms.

4. Reporting and Analysis:
* Assist in monthly reporting of social media activities and campaign performance.
* Analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for improvement.

5. Administrative Support:
* Monitor and action internal and external social media requests.
* Coordinate marketing collateral orders and sponsorship requests.
* Manage online reviews and Google My Business listings.
* Handle complaints and resolutions effectively.
* Be involved in any other projects that support business growth.

Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a relevant discipline.
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media management tools.
* Basic design skills and proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut).
* Video editing skills and familiarity with video editing software.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
