Kristyl Media, a leading marketing agency located in Washington State, USA, is searching for a talented and creative Social Media Account Manager to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies for our diverse range of clients, helping them engage with their target audiences and achieve their marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for assigned clients.
Create engaging and consistent content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage and schedule content calendars using industry-standard tools.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and report on key insights to clients.
Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, copywriting, etc.) to produce high-quality content.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (optional, depending on experience).
Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing (a plus).
Proficient in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
