Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing accounts across various platforms, and driving engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and graphics.
Respond professionally and promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in social media, and make recommendations for improvements and innovations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, management, and customer service, to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive campaigns.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust social media strategies accordingly.
Measure and report on key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to assess campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Account Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically to develop innovative social media campaigns.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize social media strategies.
Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing is desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
