Role
– You will oversee the creation and management of a large portfolio of social media accounts across various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
– You have a pivotal role that requires a blend of technical knowledge and leadership acumen ensuring a seamless operation of account creation, keeping tabs on active and banned accounts, and guaranteeing that we are always ready with a healthy amount of well-functioning accounts for immediate deployment.
Responsibilities:
– Spearhead the creation and management of social media accounts across multiple platforms.
– Develop and implement strategies for cost optimization per account.
– Oversee the tracking of active and banned accounts and ensure readiness for deployment.
– Troubleshoot and rectify technical issues promptly to maintain the smooth flow of operations.
– Uphold stringent security measures to prevent breaches and protect our digital assets.
– Work closely with the operations support manager to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
– Stay abreast of new methods and emerging strategies in creating and managing social media accounts.
Results:
– Establish social media presence by creating and launching social media accounts on targeted platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok).
– Identify and implement cost-saving measures (e.g., optimizing ad targeting, adjusting bidding strategies)
– Maintain an up-to-date record of all active and banned accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times.
– Develop a tracking system to monitor account performance metrics (e.g., follower growth, engagement rates) and provide regular reports..
– Ensure 100% readiness for the deployment of new social media accounts, including profile setup, branding, and initial content creation.
– Minimize downtime by promptly identifying and rectifying technical issues to ensure smooth operations of social media accounts.
– Implement proactive monitoring and troubleshooting measures to identify potential issues and resolve them before they impact the accounts’ performance.
– Regularly communicate and collaborate with the operations support manager to ensure the social media strategy aligns with overall business goals.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
– At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT, technical space, or account management.
– Proficient knowledge of technical issues like IP, proxies, server setups, VPNs, etc.
– Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to think independently and make decisions in line with the companys objectives.
– Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
– Strong understanding of the latest trends in social media platforms.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
