We are searching for a highly motivated and creative-minded individual to join our dynamic team as a Creative Strategist. This is a golden opportunity for someone who thrives in the ever-evolving landscape of social media, particularly in researching and creating content ideas for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct in-depth research on Facebook ads, TikTok ads, and organic posts across major social media platforms.
– Analyze e-commerce competitors’ social media strategies, including organic content and paid advertisements.
– Develop creative and innovative ideas for Facebook video and image ads, with the potential to expand across other platforms.
– Work closely with our marketing team to brainstorm and strategize content that resonates with our target audience, especially for e-commerce brands.
– Stay ahead of social media trends and updates, leveraging insights to optimize our content strategy.
– You will initially be focused on research duties, gradually shifting towards a more creative ideation role, contributing to our overall social media presence.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of Facebook ads and organic content strategies.
– Exceptional research skills, with the ability to identify and analyze competitors’ strategies and trends.
– A creative thinker skilled in developing engaging and creative content.
– Familiarity with e-commerce ads, landing pages, and social media content.
– A genuine passion for social media and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a team environment.
– Willingness to undergo training and continuously improve skill sets related to social media ads and content research.
