Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Social Media Ad Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on promoting a luxury real estate course and other AI-related courses through strategic social media advertising, primarily on Facebook and other online ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage paid social media campaigns on Facebook and other online ad platforms.
• Create and optimize ad content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of different ad strategies.
• Report on campaign performance regularly and provide actionable insights.
• Additional tasks may include social media management, content creation, SEO, and other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful social media ad campaigns, particularly on Facebook.
• Experience with other online ad platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to create engaging ad content and visuals.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

Compensation:

• Starting at $3.50 per hour for the first 100 hours.
• Rate increases by $0.50 for every additional 100 hours worked.
• Upon reaching $5.00 per hour, the probationary period ends, and opportunities for leadership positions at higher rates become available.
