Social Media / Administrative Virtual Assistant with Etsy Experience

We are Katuva, a VA placement agency seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in social media and administrative tasks to assist our Texas-based client in her businesses: a brand new food tour (virtual and in-person), and an Etsy shop based around a Sweet Potato Project.

The VA will render 20 hours of work per week during Philippine day time, and here are some of the tasks that she will be responsible for:

A. For the Food Tour Business:
1. Setting up and managing a blog.
2. Digital marketing and social media.
3. Some light SEO optimization (target demographics).
4. Managing food tours that come in.
Clients would sign up via website, and VA would organize scheduling and virtual communication with vendors.
Virtual food tours are automated, but some communication will be needed between vendors.

B. For the Etsy Storefront:
– The client owns an Etsy storefront, based around a Sweet Potato Project. They are into sustainable products geared toward sweet potatoes being converted to biofuel.
1. Building social media presence to drive traffic to the Etsy store front.
2. Potential Creation of products to sell. (Store can sell anything sustainable.)
3. Some graphic design
4. Editing and distributing a podcast.

Qualifications:
-Proven ability to organize schedules and manage virtual communications.
– Proficiency in blog setup, tech-savvy with virtual systems.
– Successful track record in digital marketing.
– Familiarity with SEO for targeted demographic reach.
– Experience in Etsy or similar e-commerce platforms.
– Graphic design skills for social media and product creation.
– Proficiency in podcast editing and distribution.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Enthusiasm for promoting eco-friendly products.
– Collaboration & Teamwork
