Social Media Advertising Associate – Paid Social Ads & Content Specialist

This is not an entry-level position. If you do not have prior experience in successfully managing social media accounts, especially Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and YouTube, please do not apply.

We are looking for a social media expert to work with our CREDIT REPAIR company. You will collaborates with the mainland team to craft our clients’ social strategy and bring their Social Media Lead Generating Ads campaigns to life. The new hire must have experience with Facebook(Meta) Business Manager. We are looking to hire someone with experience in managing many accounts at the same time, so the foundational experience to run effective social media lead generating ad campaigns is a core requirement for this role. This role is managing both paid social ads and creating content.

Writing skills and a creative eye is a must with extreme organization and strategic social media skills. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to support our credit repair services. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

Create engaging paid-social ad campaigns — primarily on Facebook and Instagram & Tik Tok but with opportunity for utilizing other platforms where appropriate (LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Etc.) — that generate a consistent volume of traffic and leads

Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing paid social ad campaigns using Facebook Ad Manager and Google Analytics

Monitoring monthly budget pacing and adjusting accordingly to meet spend goals

Measuring, contextualizing, and reporting campaign performance data and providing appropriate action plans based on your conclusions

Collaborating with mainland staff to maintain a consistent brand voice and message

Creating content to post on social profiles for clients and managing the posting/reporting.

Job Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience in managing paid social and/or digital ad campaigns.

· 2+ years of Facebook Business Manager experience.

· Experience managing many accounts and campaigns at a single time.

· In-depth knowledge of the various paid social ad channels and technologies, including targeting options and retargeting (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more) with ad management experience

· Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions

((STRONG ENGLISH WRITING & SPEAKING SKILLS MANDATORY))

Bonus experience and skills include:

· Facebook Blueprint Certification

· Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity

· Landing page audits and design

· Marketing copywriting and editing

· Influencer marketing and/or coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

Monday 8am-4pm
Friday 8am-4pm

The remaining three days of the workweek are flexible but will require all hours to be worked
