Social Media Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Tiktok)

We’re looking for someone who is able to start immediately on RUNNING ADS CAMPAIGNS across all platforms on Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn and etc.

READ THIS: We’re not looking for SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER we’re looking for SOCIAL MEDIA “ADS MANAGER” .

Your main responsibilities as a Social Media Ads Manager will include:
• Do weekly and monthly summaries about results and ongoing/future strategies.
• You will be responsible for creating new campaigns daily on social media (TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, etc.) ad campaigns.
• Communicating with the design/creative in the team to make sure all creatives are ready for new campaigns.
• Writing/Rewriting ad copy for ad creatives. (Not 100% necessary but a plus)
• Managing Facebook pages & Facebook feedback scores to make sure our ad accounts don’t get suspended.
• Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent
• Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns

Requirements and skills
• Proven running Ads campaigns experience
• Experience with managing TikTok ad campaigns
• Experience with managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to write or edit ad copy
• effectively manage budgets so that you can achieve a high ROI on ad spends.
• Comfortable hitting KPIs for setting up new campaigns
• you need to be able to run diverse ads that produce leads, and results.
• Know how to use effective content in ads including (text, video, images etc.)
