Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute highly effective and ROI-focused social media advertising strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
– Take ownership of end-to-end campaign management, from strategic planning and audience targeting to ad creation, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
– Leverage your deep understanding of social media advertising tools and platforms to drive campaign success and exceed client expectations.
– Conduct comprehensive target audience research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and segment campaigns effectively.
– Collaborate with our creative team to develop visually stunning ad creatives that capture attention and drive engagement.
– Analyse performance metrics and KPIs to derive actionable insights, make data-driven decisions, and deliver regular performance reports to clients.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising and share your knowledge with the team.
– Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, contributing to the professional growth and development of the department.
Requirements:
– Proven track record of at least five years in successfully managing and optimizing social media advertising campaigns for diverse clients and industries.
– Demonstrated expertise in developing data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results and a strong ROI.
– Extensive experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
– Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance and present insightful reports to clients.
– Excellent knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies to drive personalized ad experiences.
– Strong understanding of ad formats, bidding strategies, and budget allocation for various social media platforms.
– Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
– Creative mindset with an eye for design and the ability to collaborate with creatives to deliver captivating ad creatives.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
– A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):
– Relevant certifications in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads certifications).
– Experience in managing large advertising budgets and achieving significant ROI for clients.
– Knowledge of the latest social media advertising trends and emerging platforms.
– Previous experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
