About Chris Donnelly
Chris is a proven entrepreneur, having built multiple large companies. Chris bootstrapped from the age of 21 and now is building which is a hundred person company in 3 years.
Chris is now scaling his own personal brand to help other entrepreneurs and educate people about business and personal development.
Chris has scaled to 2 million followers in 18 months and a team of 5 people who help him develop his content and grow his brand.
Chris is very ken on his team members developing and improving always and always wants to provide an amazing work experience.
Your role:
1. Paid Social Media adverts
– Managing meta, twitter and other platform adverts to drive newsletter subscribers to Chris newsletter Step By Step.
– Creating adverts in platforms to drive towards an agreed CPA
– Using Spark Loop to drive subscribers to Chris’ newsletter at an agreed CPA
– A/B Testing Advert copy and creative asset to achieve the best CPA
– Setting up attribution within Convert Kit to be able to identify where subscribers are coming from
– Report on a clear ROI each month with a weekly report
2. Post agreed copy and assets on social media
– LinkedIn
– Instagram
– Twitter
3. Community management
– Comment back to people who comment on Chris’ posts with comments that are aimed at stimulating discussion and getting them to comment back.
– Comment on 35+ other people’s post at GMT 12pm – 1.30pm and these comments are aimed at stimulating discussion as well.
Key & Essential Skills
Previous experience with meta adverts and
Strong written English communication skills
Very strong attention to detail
Positive “can do” attitude and willingness to take on tasks or any size and learn new things !
Willing to work hard and want to grow professionally
Pay
$800+ a month for full time work (40+ hours / week)
I am looking for a full time employee
If the candidate is successful, there will be opportunities for pay rises and bonus’ depending on performance.
Perks
You control your own time. As long as you have a few hours online around 12:30 pm-13:30pm GMT.
Flexible vacation time. If you need time off just book it off a week in advance.
