Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Advertising Specialist to spearhead our advertising efforts across various platforms including TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. The primary focus of this role is to develop and execute targeted ad campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue for our business.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Conduct thorough audience research and utilize targeting capabilities to reach relevant demographics and interest groups on each platform.
Create compelling ad copy, graphics, and videos that resonate with target audiences and align with brand messaging and objectives.
Monitor ad performance metrics in real-time, analyze data insights, and make data-driven decisions to adjust campaign strategies and budgets for maximum impact.
Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creative, audience targeting, and campaign settings.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between advertising efforts and overall marketing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media advertising, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media advertising, with a focus on running successful campaigns across various platforms.
Deep understanding of social media advertising platforms and their advertising capabilities, including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads Manager, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ad creative and strategies that capture attention and drive results.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Certifications in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint Certification, Google Ads Certification) would be a plus.
