We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Media Advertising Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective advertising strategies on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
– Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive social media advertising strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn).
– Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of social media advertising campaigns. This includes ad creation, budget allocation, targeting, scheduling, and ongoing optimization to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
– Ad Creatives: Work closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing and compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. Continuously test different ad formats, visuals, and copy to improve campaign performance.
– Audience Targeting: Leverage audience segmentation and data analysis to identify and refine target audiences. Utilize advanced targeting options and retargeting strategies to maximize ad effectiveness and reach the right users.
– Budget Management: Monitor ad spend and performance to ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets while achieving optimal results. Adjust budgets as necessary to capitalize on high-performing ads and scale successful campaigns.
– Performance Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of campaign data and performance metrics to derive actionable insights. Prepare reports and present findings to the marketing team, providing recommendations for improvements.
– A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to compare different elements of ads (e.g., headlines, visuals, CTAs) and landing pages to optimize conversions and ROI.
– Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in social media advertising. Share knowledge with the team and proactively seek opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
– Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
– Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
– Familiarity with social media advertising tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
– Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and copywriting.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
– Understanding of key performance metrics and a track record of achieving KPIs.
– Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
– Certification in Facebook Blueprint or LinkedIn Advertising is desirable but not required.
