Social Media Advocate (Entry-level)

Do you have a fire for social media and a heart for healthcare advocacy?

VisiMed Social is searching for a talented and creative Social Media Advocate to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll play a vital role in developing and executing strategic social media campaigns for our clients – medical advocacy organizations working tirelessly to raise awareness and achieve their vital goals.

What You’ll Do:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies for assigned medical advocacy clients.
2. Create engaging and informative content (text, graphics, videos) aligned with client goals and target audience.
3. Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)
4. Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner.
5. Monitor social media trends and competitor activity.
6. Analyze social media performance metrics and report findings to clients.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media marketing trends and tools.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
-Minimum of 6 months experience in social media management or marketing.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and best practices.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
-Passion for social media and a keen eye for detail.
-Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare advocacy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
-Competitive starting salary of PHP 18,000 per month, with potential for increase to PHP 21,000 (plus monthly benefits) based on performance.

Monthly benefits package includes:
-PHP 1,500 Wifi Allowance
-PHP 1,000 Electricity Allowance
