Attention Rockstars! We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Analyst. This role is responsible for providing data-driven insights regarding our marketing performance and for developing strategies for optimizing our marketing campaigns. You will analyze data gathered from various sources and interpret the results to provide actionable insights. Additionally, the analyst will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement data-driven strategies and tactics to increase ROI. .

Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, including web analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize marketing campaigns
Analyze customer data to identify trends and segment audiences
Monitor overall marketing performance and provide actionable insights
Monitor task progress and ensure that deadlines are met
Create reports and presentations to communicate results to Marketing Director
Maintain a master calendar or timeline for all marketing projects
Provide updates on project status, gather feedback, and address any concerns
Work with the marketing team to develop and execute test plans
Monitor industry trends and best practices to improve marketing performance
Timestamp videos with topics that are being covered
Requirements:
Experience with marketing analytics tools and techniques, including web analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools
Proven ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
