We are in search of an experienced Virtual Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our online presence in the real estate industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Social Media Analytics Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online brand image, creating meaningful connections with potential clients, and increasing our exposure. You will work remotely and collaborate with our real estate team, including our video editor and administrator, to develop and execute effective social media strategies. Your creativity, social media expertise, and passion for real estate will be crucial in driving our success.

RESPONSABILITIES:
Oversee of social media marketing, analyze the marketing and report back as to what is working and what is not working and come up with solutions to improve performance. You will network with our social media team including our team lead, video editor and social media manager. You will provide reports for all social media platforms that we engage in and create reports for each with analytics. You will assist in creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and foster engagement.

Audience Research: Identify and understand our target audience to craft content that resonates and builds meaningful connections

SKILLS AND DUTIES:

Data Analysis: Strong proficiency in data analysis is crucial. Candidates should be able to use tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics), and other data analytics software to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.

Social Media Expertise: A deep understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices is essential. They should be familiar with the nuances of each platform and how to optimize content for them.

Analytics Tools: Proficiency in using analytics and tracking tools specific to social media platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.

Statistical and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw meaningful insights. Knowledge of statistical analysis can be beneficial for more advanced analysis.

Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing, as these can impact social media campaigns.

Content Strategy: Ability to collaborate with content creators to align content with campaign goals and track its performance.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for reporting findings, making recommendations, and collaborating with team members.

Problem-Solving: A knack for identifying issues or opportunities through data analysis and devising strategies to address them.

Attention to Detail: Being meticulous and thorough in data collection and analysis to ensure accuracy.

Project Management: Effective project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Adaptability: Social media is a fast-evolving field; candidates should be adaptable and willing to learn and incorporate new strategies and tools.

Creativity: While data-driven, this role may also require creative thinking to optimize campaigns based on insights.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in social media analytics and digital marketing can be a plus, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot certifications.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams, designers, and content creators to align strategies and goals.

Reporting: Proficiency in creating clear and concise reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
