Position: Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week to start with full time potential)
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support, including email management, calendar scheduling, and task coordination.
– Assist in the management of social media accounts and content creation.
– Direct message and post in groups on the companies behalf
– Conduct market research and compile reports for real estate and home renovation projects.
– Coordinate logistics and support for events and meetings.
– Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
– Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
– Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools.
– Basic knowledge of real estate and home renovation industries is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
