Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to support our team as a Social Media Coordinator and Administrative Assistant.

The successful candidate will have experience with the creation and implementation of a social media strategy, which includes the implementation of assets and scheduling posts, monitoring and responding to comments and messages and analyzing the performance of social media accounts. This individual will possess excellent english communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. They will be working as part of a team within a well established company that has served their clients since 1987.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Manage and grow our company’s social media presence, including creating, editing and scheduling daily posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing metrics to improve performance.
– Collaborate with team members to create and implement social media campaigns and strategies.
– Manage and grow our company’s YouTube channel, blog, and podcast, including assisting with creating and editing content, – Optimizing for SEO, and tracking metrics.
– Perform keyword research and track SEO performance.
– Assist with administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and data entry
– Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Proven experience as a Social Media & Administrative Manager or similar role.
– Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and
podcasting hosting platforms.
– Marketing Experience
– Excellent written and oral English language
– Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Detail oriented
– Proficient in Canva, , Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
– Knowledge of wordpress, email marketing using Bomb Bomb is a plus.
– Strong team player, able to follow directions and take the initiative
– Must be highly motivated, self-disciplined, and organized.
– Have a dedicated work space, computer and reliable internet access

This is a remote position and the candidate must have a dedicated work space, a reliable computer and internet access. Candidates must be able to work during North America EST time zone.

This is a full time postion. We will consider between 30-40 hrs a week
