As we continue our rapid growth, we’re on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Social Media and Affiliate Coordinator to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
Social Media Management:
Develop, organize, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms like Threads.
Work closely with our creative team, including copywriters, graphic designers, and video editors, to ensure content is informative, appealing, and aligns with our brand’s voice.
Regularly analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Content Creation and Coordination:
Assist in conceptualizing creative content strategies that resonate with our target audiences.
Coordinate content scheduling and publication across all platforms, ensuring a consistent and timely online presence.
Manage the editorial calendar and ensure a steady stream of content across all channels.
Affiliate and Influencer Partnership Management:
Research and identify potential influencers and affiliate partners that align with our brand’s values and goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing influencers and affiliate partners.
Coordinate with influencers and affiliates to develop and execute creative and impactful marketing campaigns.
Track and analyze the performance of affiliate programs and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with various internal departments to unify branding messages and optimize campaigns.
Participate in creative sessions and strategy meetings to share new ideas and discuss adjustments to digital content.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide insights and comprehensive reports on social media analytics and affiliate program effectiveness.
Use data to inform future strategies and campaigns, aiming for continuous improvement in engagement and brand loyalty.
What We Look For:
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
Experience with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret and report on results.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience in affiliate marketing or influencer partnership management is highly preferred.
