Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Social Media and Affiliate Program Manager to handle our social media presence and start and grow our affiliate program. This person will manage our social media, engage with potential affiliates, and oversee the affiliate program to ensure it drives growth.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and update Preet’s Barrel social media accounts.
-Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
-Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
-Research and identify potential affiliates aligned with our brand.
-Conduct outreach to engage and recruit new affiliates.
-Manage relationships with affiliates, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
-Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing support to improve results.
-Create reports on social media and affiliate program performance.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in social media management and affiliate program management.
-Excellent communication and outreach skills.
-Strong ability to engage and build relationships with potential affiliates.
-Proficient in using social media platforms and tools for scheduling, analytics, and reporting.
-Fluent in English with excellent copywriting skills.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Strong analytical skills to track and improve affiliate performance.
