With a focus on empowering white-collar corporate employees aged 30 to 60, we strive to guide professionals through their career journeys with personalized, impactful advice and support. We are now looking to extend our reach and enhance our brand awareness in the US market, particularly in Chicago, by adding a talented Social Media and Brand Awareness Specialist to our team.
Job Description:
We are seeking an independent, creative, and self-motivated individual from the Philippines who excels in building brand awareness through strategic social media engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, GlassDoor, and others where our target demographic of career-oriented professionals congregate. Your mission will be to elevate our brand’s presence, engaging our audience with compelling content that resonates with their career aspirations and challenges.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility and engagement across key
platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and GlassDoor.
Create and post engaging content tailored to white-collar corporate employees in the US market, emphasizing the value and expertise of MissFit Chicago’s services.
Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to stay ahead of the curve and apply best practices.
Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a manner that reflects our brand’s voice and values.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies, reporting on results weekly to management.
Organize your work schedule to ensure consistent and effective coverage throughout the week, accommodating the needs of our US-based audience.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in social media management and brand awareness campaigns, with a portfolio demonstrating past successes.
Flawless English writing skills and a strong understanding of the US consumer marketplace.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, set your own schedule, and deliver results.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track activities and submit detailed reports weekly.
A genuine interest in career development, resume writing, and coaching industries.
