Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager with Graphic Design skills to join our thriving law firm. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Additionally, you will utilize your graphic design skills to create visually appealing content that adheres to our brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the firm’s objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
– Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
– Create engaging and original content, such as graphics, videos, and written posts, to captivate our target audience.
– Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
– Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative social media techniques where appropriate.
– Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and legal, to ensure seamless integration of social media efforts within overall marketing campaigns.
– Respond promptly to comments, messages, and customer inquiries, showing professionalism and excellent customer service.
– Monitor online reputation and brand sentiment, taking a proactive approach to resolve any negative feedback or issues.
– Assist in the development of social media advertising campaigns, optimizing targeting and ad creative for maximum impact.
– Manage social media influencers and partnerships to boost brand visibility and expand reach.
– Conduct social media training sessions to educate internal stakeholders on best practices and leverage their expertise for content creation.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
– Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the legal industry.
– Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt content to various platforms.
– Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and analytically to generate engaging content and drive results.
– Demonstrated experience in social media advertising and campaign management.
– Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of legal industry trends and ethics is a plus.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
