This role combines creativity with analytical skills to grow our Facebook group, engage our community, and ultimately drive our partnership program. Key Responsibilities:

– Facebook Funnel Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow our Facebook group and convert members into partners using Facebook ads, engaging content, and interactive live sessions.

– Content Creation: Craft compelling content, including posts, videos, and live broadcasts, that resonates with our target audience. Leverage tools like Canva to design visually appealing graphics that enhance our brand and message.

– Community Engagement: Actively manage our Facebook group by moderating discussions, responding to comments, and fostering a positive and engaging environment.

– Facebook Ads Management: Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to target and attract potential partners. Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

– Partner Onboarding: Collaborate with the sales team to streamline the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition into our partnership program.

– Performance Analysis: Regularly track and report on key metrics to assess the effectiveness of the Facebook funnel strategy and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– Proven experience in social media management and community engagement, preferably with knowledge of the Amazon and eBay e-commerce landscape.
– Strong content creation skills, with the ability to produce engaging written and visual content.
– Experience with Facebook ads and analytics, demonstrating a track record of growing online communities and driving business objectives.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering positive relationships online.
– High organization, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
– Proficiency in digital tools such as Canva and Google Drive, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
– Knowledge of sales funnels and experience converting community members to customers or partners is highly desirable.
