Sunsetcrew is looking to hire a virtual assistant based in the Philippines to help run our social media channels and grow our community. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
– Instagram and Facebook content creation: You will create event-specific and values-themed content including stories, reels, carousels, and captions. You will also be responsible for long-form video editing such as podcasts, events, and special marketing videos.
– Cold Instagram DMs: You will send 50 cold Instagram direct messages per day (2 hours per day).
– Welcome messages: You will send welcome voice messages to all new followers.
– Follow-up messages: You will send follow-up messages to remind people about upcoming sessions.
– Facebook group scanning: You will look for people that would benefit from Sunsetcrew and respond to their comments.
– Commenting strategy: You will think about where our followers/future followers would be and comment valuable things to engage with them.
Skills:
1. Great English communication skills: You must have charisma, conviction, and strong sales experience for voice outreach and communication with customers.
2. Graphic design: You must be able to create content for social media channels, mockups for clothes, and other design-related tasks.
3. Social media knowledge: You must understand social media management and growth strategies.
4. Copywriting: You must be able to write captions, copy for the website, Instagram comments, and messages to people.
As a virtual assistant for Sunsetcrew, you will play a key role in our community by helping us connect with our audience and create a positive impact. We currently have a weekly meetup called “We’re All Humans,” which is a free session held every Wednesday. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space where people can connect with one another and discuss deeper topics related to being human.
In addition to our free “We’re All Humans” meetup, we also have a few paid sessions that offer more structured conversations and activities. One of these is the “Entrepreneurs Roundtable,” where like-minded individuals can discuss their businesses and share insights. We also have “The Bright Side,” a paid session held at Cougle Cascades, where participants can focus on positive thinking and personal growth. Our plan is to continue adding new sessions to our schedule, providing more opportunities for people to connect and explore meaningful topics together.
