This exciting full-time role working for an Australian company is primarily focused on Social Media and Community management
We have a relaxed and friendly culture with ongoing training and upskilling for the right candidate.
Working entirely remotely and reporting directly to the business owner, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of our social media profiles, community content and liaising with members and people who’ve previously attended our experiences.
You’ll be responsible for creating content, growing our social media presence and help co-ordinating a new podcast set up and distribution of the content.
Central to this role is experience in both social media and speaking to clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Creating social media calendar and content
Updating all social media platforms when required
Researching, booking and distributing podcast content
Growing our social media channels inc YouTube, LinkedIn and Tiktok
Creating a monthly newsletter and ad-hoc email communications
Phone calls to event attendees
Qualifications/Experience
Minimum 3 years customer experience.
Previous Virtual Assistant and Social Media management experience
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Project Management experience (Trello/Asana would be a bonus).
Attention to detail. Able to create accurate content including spelling and grammar
Process-driven (able to write clear and simple procedures).
Autonomous (able to work with minimum supervision) and trustworthy (able to maintain confidentiality)
You will be given training and paid to learn new skills during your working week (after a probation period)

Typing speed minimum of 35 WPM – /
A quiet designated office/work environment allowing you to make calls/attend Zoom meetings without background noise or distractions.
Reliable internet speed plus backup in case of power outages.
EXPECTED HOURS
Full time 40 hours per week Monday To Friday (with 60 minute break at lunch time)
Start time 8AM Melbourne Time
