Social Media and Content Manager

Island Cache73 is a growing and thriving jewelry company located in the Bahamas.
We are looking for a social media content manager to join our team. We are looking for a hard working, motivated, creative and innovative canditate to work with for the next 6 months! So show us what you have to offer to our thriving jewelry company.

Tasks will include but is not limited to :

Social Media Management
1. Email marketing with information about upcoming sales or to encourage customers to send photos.
2. Social media posts with interactive stories daily or alternate days
3. Research on current trends in jewelry advertising for inspiration for posts, ads, and ad copywriting
4. Graphic and Video design- Edit photos with minimalist background and eye-catching captions as well as videos, both for ad use. The inspiration for these ads should be centered around affordable quality luxury jewelry.
5. Tiktok posts with catchy captions or details on current inventory.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Must have 2-4 years experience working in social media management with experience in content reation.
Must be a skilled multi-tasker

Proven experience in social media management, including strategy, content creation, and scheduling.
Must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
Must self motivated and able to work independently.
Must have experience working with ecommerce businesses.
Must have excellent copywriting skills, fluent English and be able to provide examples of both short and long form copy writing from previous roles.
b. Be skilled in graphic design and video editing to create visually appealing content (experience is a must)
Enhance the visual identity of the brand through graphics and visuals.
Must be knowledgeable on best practices for Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok.

Please include Examples of projects you have worked on in the past. Experience in jewerly or fashion is a plus!
The interview process will include creating eyecatching copy for a jewelry ad for one of our products. We can’t wait to hear from you!
