Role:

– As a Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist at Personaify, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, focusing on social media management, content generation, and search engine optimization (SEO). Your responsibilities will include:
– Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Create and schedule engaging posts, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.
– Content Generation: Develop compelling text and visual content for the website using Webflow CMS. Ensure that all content aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives, and includes appropriate images.
– SEO: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, implement on-page SEO best practices, and monitor SEO performance.
– Audience Targeting: Identify and target high-conversion industries and specific audience segments to maximize the impact of our marketing efforts.
– Email Marketing: Setup, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with our audience.
– Website Updates: Regularly update the website in accordance with the content strategy to ensure information is current, relevant, and optimized for SEO.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Excellent English Skills: Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Social Media Proficiency: Expert in managing social media platforms, understanding audience behaviors, analyzing data, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
– Content Management: Proficient in using Webflow CMS for website content management.
– SEO Expertise: Proven experience in optimizing website content for search engines, conducting keyword research, and monitoring SEO performance.
– Lead Generation Tools: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other effective lead generation tools.
– Social Media Management Tools: Familiarity with appropriate social media management tools.
– Email Marketing Tools: Experience with setting up, managing, and running email marketing campaigns using appropriate tools.
– Basic Image/Video Skills: Competency in using tools like Photoshop and video editors for creating basic visual content.
– AI Tools: Familiarity with the latest AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance marketing efforts.
– Data Analysis: Ability to interpret social media and website analytics to refine strategies and improve performance.
– Strategic Planning: Strong strategic thinking skills to develop and execute long-term social media and content plans.
– Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and technology trends.
