We are seeking a skilled and motivated outsourced worker located in the Philippines to join our team as a Social Media and Content Virtual Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of multiple brands through effective social media management, engaging content creation, and blog creation.

Responsibilities:

– Create, schedule, and post diverse and captivating social media content on behalf of multiple brands across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
– Conduct thorough research on each brand’s industry, target audience, and competitors to curate relevant and engaging content that aligns with their unique brand voice.
– Develop visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to accompany social media posts, utilizing creative and graphic design abilities.
– Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for each brand, focused on growth and customer engagement.
– Create and post informative and engaging blog articles for each brand, covering relevant topics and showcasing thought leadership.
– Conduct thorough research on industry trends and topics to curate high-quality blog articles that provide value to the target audience.
– Optimize blog content for SEO, ensuring proper keyword usage, meta tags, and internal/external linking.
– Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, applying them to each brand’s social media presence and blog content to optimize performance.
– Conduct periodic analysis and reporting on social media and blog metrics for each brand, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

– Proficient in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
– Creative and graphic design abilities, utilizing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
– Experience in blog creation and a strong understanding of content development.
– Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics for each brand.
– Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
– Prior experience in social media management, content creation, and blog writing, preferably working with multiple brands.
– Availability for 2 hours per day, with at least 1 hour during Eastern Time (10:30 AM – 12:30 PM).
