Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and innovative Virtual Assistant with a flair for social media engagement, content repurposing, and community management. The ideal candidate should be self-directed, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be unafraid to think outside the box. This role will amplify Before & Ever’s online presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.

Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with our target audience, photographers, and moms-to-be on Instagram / Tiktok.
Repurpose existing content into fresh formats suitable for TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
Actively reach out and engage with influencers in the maternity, parenthood, and fashion niches.
Manage and grow our public Facebook group, ensuring regular content sharing and member engagement.
Scout for opportunities and new trends in the digital landscape that align with Before & Ever’s brand ethos.
Reliably communicate feedback and insights from social media engagements to the core team.
Suggest and implement strategies for continuous growth and engagement across all social media platforms.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media engagement, particularly on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
Strong ability in content repurposing and familiarity with relevant editing tools.
Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills.
A creative mindset with the capability to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.
Strong self-management, time management, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
Experience with influencer outreach and community management.
