We are looking for a Social Media and E-commerce Specialist! Key Responsibilities:
– Craft and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, ensuring regular posts every 48 hours on key platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Tailor content to reflect the unique voice and strategic objectives of each business unit, enhancing brand consistency and audience engagement.
– Take charge of the Shopify platform for Sarap International. Manage all aspects of product listings, monitor and update inventory, engage with customers, and analyze sales data to continuously refine and elevate the online shopping experience.
– Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance daily operational efficiency. Utilize advanced social media scheduling tools to optimize content delivery, ensuring maximum impact and efficient resource use.

Requirements and Qualifications:
– Proven experience in social media strategy and management across multiple platforms.
– Strong command of Shopify and other e-commerce management tools, with a track record of improving online sales.
– Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
– Excellent communication and creative skills, capable of producing engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
– A proactive innovator who is passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce.
– Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a knack for analyzing trends to drive decision-making.
– Adaptable and efficient, able to develop and implement systems that enhance productivity.
– Must have their own work equipment and reliable internet connection with backup for power outages or internet connectivity issues.

Compensation and Work Schedule:
– This is a permanently remote position.
– Flexible working hours, requiring 20-25 hours per week. Workload is based on weekly tasks and productivity goals.
– Starting wage is up to $5.00 per hour, negotiable with performance-based incentives.
