About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Social Media Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and creating engaging content for our social media platforms, email campaigns, newsletters, increasing our online presence, and connecting with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
•Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
•Create and curate content that resonates with our target audience, including images, videos, and blog posts.
•Develop and manage email campaigns and newsletters to promote the company’s products and services.
•Engage with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media activity.
•Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that our social media strategy is effective and goals are being met.
•Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure that the social media strategy aligns with overall marketing goals.
•Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and digital marketing.
Requirements:
•2+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Virtual Assistant
•Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
•Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
•Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content using various media formats.
•Experience with email marketing and newsletter creation using tools like Zoho.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary:
23,000 to 35,000 Pesos monthly. Salary will increase as responsibilities and opportunities grow within the company.
